Tae completed a B.Sc. at Laurentian University, and a Master of Cognitive Science at Carleton University under the supervision of Dr. Jim Davies. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Cognitive Science under the supervision of Dr. Jo-Anne LeFevre.
Tae is interested in the role of language in math learning and the impact of bilingualism in math cognition. Her current research focuses on the relations between mathematical quantities and the language people use to describe them.
