Carleton University has successfully negotiated an MOU with the Azerbaijan Academy of Public Administration in Baku. The MOU addresses possible joint research projects, teaching, and exchanges. CGPM will be the lead on developing this important relationship. The Rector of the Academy will possibly visit Carleton in the spring of 2014 to formally sign the agreement.
