In 2013, CGPM facilitated the signing of an MOU between Carleton University and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is pleased to host visiting scholar Zivar Zeynalova, an instructor at the Academy and currently completing her Ph.D. at the Administrative Sciences Program at the Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East in Turkey. Ms. Zeynalova will be with CGPM through the fall, studying Canadian taxation systems as a case study for her dissertation.
