
Dr. Boyd Fuller’s expertise is in developing strategies for value-based and structurally complex disputes. He is the Founder of Fuller Negotiation. Previously, Dr. Fuller was faculty at the National University of Singapore. He has trained and advised over 1000 public and private sector executives from over 50 countries, particularly from Asia. Boyd Fuller has published widely on public dispute resolution, negotiation in public sector reform, and negotiation pedagogy in North America and Asia. He won the 2011 Best Paper award from the Academy of Management, chosen from the top articles among the top 16 journals on public management. Dr. Fuller also convened multiple policy dialogues in Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Policy from MIT.
