cuPortfolio is Carleton’s electronic portfolio platform, widely used across the university for teaching, learning, and professional development. It provides a student-centred, personal learning environment where users can document their learning, showcase research, and connect academic, co-curricular, and personal experiences.
Students use cuPortfolio to:
- Build and share employer-facing portfolios
- Reflect on growth and achievements
- Demonstrate competencies and career readiness
Launched in 2015 and adopted campus-wide by 2017, cuPortfolio now supports thousands of users in courses and beyond—used by students, faculty, and staff for everything from academic projects to teaching dossiers and career documentation.
