Farouk Siba’s research focused on Near-field explosion effects on reinforced concrete columns. He carried out an experimental investigation, where he subjected columns with different transverse reinforcement detailing and at different scaled distances to live explosives. He holds an undergraduate degree, B.Sc (Hons) Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
