Woebot, our favourite little therapeutic chatbot. Woebot is a phone app, created by a team of psychologists at Stanford University.
Meditation and Yoga Classes that are offered online or via apps like, alo moves, but check to see if your local studios or teachers are offering anything online for free. Some apps offer free content.
