Jeanne L. Wilson is Professor Emeritus of Political Science and the former Shelby Cullom Davis Professor of Russian Studies at Wheaton College, in Norton, Massachusetts. She is a research associate at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. Her research interests are largely concentrated on comparing Russian and Chinese foreign policy and goals, especially with respect to their position as outliers in the international system. Her most recent publications include articles addressing Russia-Chinese relations, Russia and China in Central Asia, and the Russian and Chinese quest for regional dominance.
