1. Make sure your idea is in line with our blog objectives and ideals, which you can read below.
Our objectives are to:
- highlight practical, community-cultivated, and action-oriented best practices to drive organizational excellence;
- get people communicating within and across departmental silos in a new kind of public dialogue;
- shape organizational culture by empowering faculty and staff to share ideas and stories with the community;
- celebrate and take an interest in the work and studies of our peers; and
- provide a new avenue to continuously inform and educate ourselves in our work.
Our content ideals:
- we strive to make our writing accessible, smart, creative, and fun;
- we are dedicated to engaging faculty and staff in the exploration of stakeholder needs, while cultivating qualities that contribute to our culture of continuous improvement; and
- we are committed to exploring, experimenting, adapting, and learning on a daily basis.
