Esther Briner is a Ph.D. Candidate in health psychology. Her Ph.D. research explores individual variability in behavioural intentions and actions for new health promoting behaviours among emerging adults. Esther’s research interests focus on the interplay between individual, psychological, and social determinants of health and health behaviours. Her work centres on understanding health at the population-level and identifying factors that improve health, promote resilience, and enhance psychological wellbeing for individuals across the lifespan.
