Residence Accommodation
A block of rooms in Carleton residence has been reserved for OHERMS attendees for June 1 and 2, 2015
The rate for a traditional style residence room is $44.70 + tax, per person, per night. This rate includes an all-you-can eat hot and cold buffet breakfast.
Rooms will be held in the block and at the quoted rate until April 30, 2015, after which regular rates will apply.
Please note participants staying in residence have the option of having breakfast at the Residence Cafeteria, or as part of the Symposium

Hotel Reservations
Due to the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup Hotel rooms in the downtown core will be at a premium. For this reason, the organizing committee was unable to book a primary Hotel for the conference. Carleton University is located approximately a 10 minute taxi ride from both the downtown area and the McDonald-Cartier International Airport.
