This free gathering is designed for Indigenous youth and students ages 13–25 and focuses on mental wellness, cultural identity, anti-human trafficking, and connection. The day will provide a culturally grounded and supportive space for youth to learn and build community alongside peers from across Ottawa.

Highlights include:

  • Cultural teachings and storytelling on mental wellness
  • A featured presentation by Makhena Rankin Guerin on healing through culture
  • Anti-human trafficking awareness from an Indigenous perspective
  • Lunch and cultural performances

We kindly ask for your support in sharing this opportunity with Indigenous youth and students within your school or program who may benefit from attending. Youth workers and support staff are also welcome to attend alongside participants.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required as space is limited.
