Wayne spent over three decades working in the realm of investigative interviewing.
He began his career as a UK police detective, specializing in the investigation of serious and organized crime and covert policing methods. He was also a UK government intelligence officer working in counterterrorism investigations worldwide.
Wayne now spends his time teaching the psychology of interviewing to numerous groups and police departments worldwide, including the High Value Detainee Interrogation Group and the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
