CCSI Research Fellow & Assistant to the Director

Noah H. Taj completed his bachelor’s degree in finance and presently works as an auditor. He subsequently completed an MA in Religion at Carleton University, where he is now pursuing his doctorate at the Institute of Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture (ICSLAC). His research is funded by SSHRC and investigates the Qūnawī-Ṭūsī correspondence by theorizing on the epistolary form as a locus for literary and philosophical interactions. His articles have been featured in peer-reviewed venues such as JMIAS, Studia Islamica, and The Philosophical Forum, and he has had the honour of presenting his research at Humboldt University and the University of Cambridge.
