Please note: Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is replacing Duo MFA at Carleton University. Faculty and staff members are invited to begin migrating themselves from Duo MFA to Azure MFA by visiting our Microsoft MFA page.

Duo is a two-factor authentication solution.  Once enabled you will login to Carleton systems using something you know (your MyCarletonOne password) plus something you have (your phone, tablet, landline, hardware token).

If someone gains access to your password they will not be able to use it without also having access to that second level (your phone, tablet, landline or hardware token).  Learn more…
