Dr. Norman Hillmer
Dr. Norman Hillmer is Chancellor’s Professor of History and International Affairs at Carleton University, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, and a member of the Order of Canada. He has written, co-authored, and edited thirty-two books that concentrate on international history, the Canadian-American relationship, and conflict and its avoidance.
