Gerry Maffre
Gerry Maffre is a retired public servant with years of experience in federal government. He is currently a dedicated member of the Canadian Immigration Historical Society (cihs-shic.ca). In 1999 he was the director general of communications at Citizenship and Immigration Canada where he led departmental communications during the 1999 evacuation of Kosovars to Canada.
