Based on their work with Healthy Professional Worker Partnership, Janet Mantler and Christine Tulk presented posters as part of Work, Stress and Health: 2021 Virtual.

Janet’s poster focused on findings that academics rarely take leaves of absences and barriers to job accommodations for mental ill-health. Christine’s poster examined how gender and academic role (tenured, tenure-track, or contract) influence mental health and presenteeism.
