Chelsie completed her master’s thesis in psychology with Dr. Kate Dupré and began her doctoral studies at the Sprott School of Business in the fall of 2019. She also completed her honours thesis with Dr. Dupré examining the vicarious effects of leadership experiences on romantic partners of employees.
