Every year, the Carleton community honours Remembrance Day.

Join President Benoit-Antoine Bacon and the Carleton community on November 11 at 10:45 a.m. for the in-person Remembrance Day service. Flags will fly at half-mast and wreaths will be placed near the flag poles.

Date: November 11, 2022
Time: 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Location: The flagpoles on Library Road near the Azrieli Theatre [map]

Members of the Carleton community are encouraged to attend and observe a two-minute moment of silence at 11 a.m. to honour Canadian soldiers who have served throughout our nation’s history, many paying the ultimate price.

Please note that Library Road near the flagpoles will be closed to traffic from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and will reopen when the service is completed.
