Abbey graduated from her B.A. in Developmental Psychology at Carleton University with a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health. She completed her thesis in Dr. Rogers’ lab, where she is investigated potential associations with chronic school absenteeism. In addition to absenteeism, Abbey also has research interests along the lines of mental and physical health, internalizing problems, neurodevelopment, family functioning, and taking a multidisciplinary approach to wellbeing. Outside of her education, Abbey loves to create art using all sorts of mediums, including drawing, painting, dancing, and sewing!
