Zara is the laboratory manager at Rogers Child Mental Health Labs. She will be entering the first year of her master’s in psychology at Carleton University this fall. She previously received her B.A. (Honours) in Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology from Carleton University in 2024. Her research interests include developmental transitions, parent-child relationships, and children’s academic and social functioning. Zara’s honours thesis examined parental self-efficacy and parent-child relationship quality in relation to learning behaviours among children with ADHD during the COVID-19 pandemic. In her free time, Zara enjoys rock climbing, reading, and spending time with her dogs.
