The lab managed to secure a MITACS-funded internship with Quantropi Inc. with the objective of creating a secure implementation of a novel post-quantum digital signature algorithm based on multivariate polynomial public key. The internship collaboration takes part mainly on Qunatropi premises in Ottawa, ON., and is attended by Mahmoud Sayed.
Founded in 2018, Quantropi Inc. is a Canadian innovator that works in developing quantum-secure cryptographic systems with the aim of encrypting & protecting data at rest and on transit from current classical attacks and possible future quantum attacks.
