Justin Shimizu is in their fourth year of a B.A Honours degree in Psychology, with a Concentration in Social Psychology and a Minor in Sexuality Studies. Justin is the current President of Stigma Ends at CU after previously serving as the Vice-President. Working as a paramedic, Justin has seen how prevalent stigmatization is both in healthcare and in the community and the ways in which it negatively impacts the health and well-being of people who use substances. As such, Justin joined Stigma Ends at CU to continue working towards making Carleton a safer and more inclusive campus for all students, staff and faculty members.
