On March 30, 2012, Sufang Zhang, a professor at the School of Economics and Management at North China Electric Power University, presented on the development, policy and challenges of wind power in China. Her current research includes the Study on the Regulation Measures for Promoting Wind Power Integration, Effective Deployment of Distributed Small Wind Power Systems in Asian Rural Areas, and Fostering the International Competitiveness of China’s Wind Turbine Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Wind Power Policy.
