The Employability Framework: Supporting Student Employability Outcomes
This session will help participants understand how they can support the development of students’ employability through the various roles on campus. By creating more awareness of the ways in which students are already actively enhancing their employability on campus, which include their academics and co-curricular activities, we can better support students in their career goals and position them for success beyond graduation. This session will include practical take-aways and resources to help enhance students’ employability for all staff and faculty, regardless of the role they hold.
