- Implement international strategy and position Carleton International as the central hub for co-ordinating international activities across campus
- Continue to support the Scholars at Risk program, which allows Carleton to host, and learn from, scholars who are facing threats to their lives due to their scholarship
Expand our network of governmental and international partners
Create a system to enable decision-making to be more proactive and data-driven with respect to memoranda of understanding, diplomatic community engagement, and international visitors- Increase external international research funding (e.g., with the European Union and the United States) to foster international collaborations and enhance our institutional reputation internationally
