Dr. Jeremy Laliberté, Assistant Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University has accepted a prestigious invitation from the Consortium for Aerospace Research and Innovation in Canada (CARIC) and the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec (CRIAQ) to join their newly minted joint Scientific Committee.

In the joint letter from the two groups to Dr. Laliberté, they state that his invitation “is a testimony to (his) in-depth expertise of the field and of (his) knowledge of the industry”. The Scientific Committee will hold its inaugural meeting on November 28.

Another Carleton representative, Associate Vice-President (Research Planning and Operations) Sandra Crocker, sits on the CARIC Board of Directors.
