To All Members of the Carleton Community,
We are pleased to announce that Carleton University and CUPE Local 4600 Unit 1 (representing Teaching Assistants, Service Assistants and some Research Assistants) and CUPE Local 4600 Unit 2 (representing Contract Instructors) have ratified new collective agreements, which are effective from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2025. Both agreements contain significant improvements that will be shared in the coming days and weeks.
We would like to thank the members of all the bargaining teams for their hard work throughout this important process. We also extend our thanks to conciliator Erinn White and mediator Leslie Reaume for their help in reaching these agreements.
