Bargaining

Carleton, like all Canadian universities has collective agreements with their faculty and staff and the negotiation and renewal of those agreements is a routine part of the collective bargaining life cycle. Carleton is committed to working hard to achieving fair and competitive total compensation packages that meet employee and operational needs and reflects the current state of post-secondary funding in the province.
