Oral presentations will occur in concurrently run sessions.  A schedule of talk, detailing the individual sessions and session themes, will be published after the abstract submission deadline.

A session chair will introduce you and the title of your talk.

Your talk should be prepared to last 10-12 minutes with 2-3 minutes left for questions from the audience.

You will be asked to submit your talk to the session chair at the start of your session.

Please bring your presentation on USB media where it will be loaded onto a computer in the lecture room.  The lecture rooms are equipped with a audio speakers.

If this is your first ‘talk’ at a scientific meeting, your thesis supervisor will be your best source for advice.

If you have any concerns or special needs for your presentation, please email Jeff_Dawson@carleton.ca.
