To help you plan your stay:
- The hotels are conveniently located close to the ‘Parliament’ O-Train station, connecting you to Carleton University and Ottawa Airport.
- Symposium rates are valid for the full duration of the event, with flexible options whether you arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday and depart on Thursday or Friday.
- Rooms are limited and based on availability. May is an exceptionally busy period in Ottawa—featuring the Tulip Festival and numerous citywide festivities—which means hotels fill quickly!
- Symposium attendees are responsible for their own reservation and all accommodation costs.
- To secure the symposium rate and ensure availability, we strongly encourage early booking (or by April 24 at the latest). Hotels have flexible cancellation policy, which allows you to plan early and modify / cancel reservations closer to the arrival date.
