Tara McWhinney is a PhD Candidate and feminist scholar at the School of Social Work who researches and teaches on topics related to caregiving, social and public policy, and the political economy of the welfare state.
In her doctoral research she engages women with online participatory mapping applications to discuss their experiences of social policy and unpaid work in the home.
