Biography
As a partner in Deloitte’s Canadian Human Capital Consulting practice, Kathy Woods leads the Future Ready Organization offering in Canada. She is focused on working with leaders, their organizations and their people to build resilient organizations with the people and talent they need to thrive in this new environment.
She has also been spearheading wellbeing research and engagements with Deloitte’s clients. Her work has included projects in the areas of workforce resilience, mental health, wellbeing, and employee burnout and stress. In addition, Woods has been involved in developing insights into the impact of workplace design on employee wellbeing.
With over 30 years of experience, Woods has expertise in change management, leadership, strategy development, diversity and inclusion and culture. She brings her experience as a global HR executive and line business leader to help organizations build their own talent.
