The Volunteer Pulse Check is a recurring meeting designed to keep our dedicated volunteers aligned, informed, and energized. These sessions serve as a vital touchpoint where volunteers can connect with their mentors, share progress, address challenges, and receive valuable guidance. The purpose of these meetings is to ensure that every volunteer feels supported and engaged, with a clear understanding of how their contributions are making an impact.
In addition to regular mentor check-ins, Volunteer Pulse Check meetings will occasionally include a skip-level meet, offering volunteers the opportunity to engage directly with senior leadership. This provides a broader perspective on our mission and fosters open communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring that everyone remains connected to the bigger picture.
