Kaitlyn Wardrop

Kaitlyn completed her PhD in Experimental Psychology from Carleton University in 2020. Her doctoral research focused on case management strategies for use with offenders with mental disorder. Generally, her research interests include parole decision-making, risk assessment, and gender issues.

Dr. Wardrop is currently a Senior Research Officer at the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). Her recent research efforts focus on risk assessment, correctional intervention delivery and efficacy, and the needs of justice-involved women. She began her career at CSC in 2015 and has held various positions in research.
