Abstract:
I will cover a range of issues about academic publication, including what it is, why it is necessary, how you get started, where you should publish, and when it makes sense to initiate the process. There will be lots of time for questions and discussion.
Speaker’s Bio: Jo-Anne LeFevre is Chancellor’s Professor of Cognitive Science and Psychology at Carleton University. She has extensive experience publishing academic journal articles. She has experienced the joy and despair of academic publishing, with over 100 papers in refereed journals.
