Call for Abstracts
Carleton Cognitive Science Student Conference
We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for the 2026 Cognitive Science Student Conference, to be hosted by the Department of Cognitive Science at Carleton University, on Friday, April 10, 2026. The conference will be held at Carleton University.
The central aim of the conference is to provide a venue for students in cognitive science – at the Master’s and Ph.D. level, as well as undergraduate students completing a thesis or project– to present and receive feedback on their work, and to interact with each other in a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment.
We welcome submissions that make an original contribution to research topics in any of the sub-disciplines of cognitive science, including: philosophy of mind/language/cognitive science, linguistics, cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, computer science and AI, cognitive anthropology, and education. We especially encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups.
Please see below for submission instructions and details. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the conference organizers at cgscspringconference@gmail.com.
