The Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis and the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture (ICSLAC) invite you to attend the final session of the 2018-2019 Cultural Transfers Workshop series entitled, “Curatorial Judgement: Photographic Representations of Indigeneity in the Context of Difficult Pasts” on Friday March 22, 4:00-5:30pm, in 201D Saint Patrick’s Building (ICSLAC Seminar Room).

This session will feature Dr. Carol Payne (Art History) and Trina Cooper-Bolam (Cultural Mediations PhD Candidate).

Workshops are organized as follows: two 20-minute presentations followed by a question/discussion period.

Cultural Transfers is a workshop series co-organized by the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture, and the Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis, Carleton University. Each session pairs student and faculty research as a way to examine intersections around related topics, methodologies, and/or research questions.
