The Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis and the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture (ICSLAC) invite you to attend the second session of the 2018-2019 Cultural Transfers Workshop series entitled, “Music, Memory, Immersion” on Friday March 8, 3:00-4:30pm, in 201D Saint Patrick’s Building (ICSLAC Seminar Room).
This session will feature Dr. Ellen Waterman (Incoming Helmut Kallmann Chair for Music in Canada) and Melba Villamizar Rodriguez (Cultural Mediations PhD Candidate).
Workshops are organized as follows: two 20-minute presentations followed by a question/discussion period.

Cultural Transfers is a workshop series co-organized by the Institute for Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Culture, and the Centre for Transnational Cultural Analysis, Carleton University. Each session pairs student and faculty research as a way to examine intersections around related topics, methodologies, and/or research questions.
