There are two possible reasons you may not be able to view or open certain files posted on cuLearn.
- Your web browser may have a pop-up blocker enabled, preventing files from being opened in a new window/tab. To get around this ensure that your pop-up blockers are disabled for cuLearn.
- If pop-up blockers are not the problem then you may not have the software that is needed to view the file properly installed on your computer. For example, files in PDF format need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer. Microsoft Office is needed for Power-Point, Excel, or Word (.docx) files. If you think you have the proper software installed, ensure that the version you have is compatible with the type of file you are trying to download.
