It’s that time of year again. A new school year is upon us and it’s time to start preparing for your courses. Along with books and class schedules, it’s also important to know your way around the cuLearn pages for your courses.

At this time of year, there are always the same questions that come up: How do I access my course, and what can I do once I’m in the course? Luckily there is an extensive support site available to you that will answer many of those simple questions you may be afraid to ask.

The main cuLearn support page gives you an overview of the whole site, but there are also links to specific support sites that will help you with your specific needs, whatever your role may be:

If you find yourself stuck with what seems like a simple problem, you’ll likely find what you’re looking for on one of those pages. However, if you are having a technical difficulty, please contact the CCS Service Desk at 613-520-3700 or ccs.service.desk@carleton.ca. And, as always, if you’re an instructor and you are looking to take advantage of some of the many tools that cuLearn offers, please feel free to contact the Educational Development Centre (EDC) at edc@carleton.ca or call 613-520-4433.

Have a great year studying!
