Along with our collaborators Claudia Bank, Thomas Bataillon, Isabel Gordo, and Rees Kassen, we have been awarded a 3-year grant from the Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance! We’ll be studying the fitness effects of resistance mutations in a range of ecologically relevant environments, and using evolutionary theory to try to predict fitness in novel environments.
