Our lab is seeking highly motivated and skilled undergraduate summer research students (for May 2023) and PhD students (for Jan 2024) to join our team. As a member of our research team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research in the areas of electric motors and drives.
We are looking for students with a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a focus on electric motor design, control, and optimization. You should have experience with advanced control techniques, motor design software, and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or ANSYS. Knowledge of power electronics, energy storage systems, and renewable energy technologies is also considered an asset.
