Time to think
Loosing precious time
In preparing for it
We saw it coming but…
We closed our eyes
We ignored it, shunned it, made fun of it.

Now it engulfed the world
It’s like a warzone
A health warzone
Attacked by an ‘Invisible enemy’

‘This is worse than WW2’
An elder’s comment
Then, we knew who was attacking us
The physical devastation
The health consequences
We could see it

Now – the enemy is invisible
Hidden, minute, crossing all borders,
Claiming thousands of lives
Bringing to world to still point – silence

Reclaiming Time
Time to think of Practices, behaviours
Time for introspection, recall emotions
Time for realization
A wake-up call

Individualism, consumerism, entitlement, privilege
What have we done to our world?
We created an invisible monster
We created chaos

The world has been put on reset
As if the mother nature is reclaiming what is duly hers
We have no choice
But stand still – be – and pray

When this is all over… if ever
Wil, we learn the lesson?
Will we change our practices?
Will we embrace our new identities?
Or will be choose to forget and return to what was.
