Management skills fall under three main categories: people management, business acumen and creativity & innovation. These core components are the basis for the program, teaching you to manage people and change. In these courses you will acquire a comprehensive management toolkit to enhance decision-making, empowerment strategies, and performance management, boosting your overall effectiveness in leadership roles.
