President's Golf Tournament

Carleton University is pleased to host the 17th annual President’s Golf Tournament on Monday, August 19, 2024.

With tournament play taking place at the Hylands Golf Club in Ottawa, sponsors and golfers will enjoy a first class golf and hospitality experience that includes a full barbeque lunch, great gifts for each golfer, access to Hylands’ putting greens and driving range, best ball team tournament play, on and off the course food and beverage hospitality, corporate recognition on tournament signage, and networking opportunities. Following tournament play, participants will return to campus for the celebration reception and dinner in the Ravens’ Nest. Hosted by Carleton’s Interim President, Jerry Tomberlin, the evening will feature Adam Stanley, Sportsnet Golf Reporter, as the guest master of ceremonies, and varsity coaches and student athletes will also be in attendance.

This annual corporate fundraising tournament is a great opportunity for our corporate partners to network with other business and university leaders while providing significant support to Carleton student athletes through tournament sponsorships. Since it’s launch in 2006, the President’s Golf Tournament has raised a cumulative total of $2,294,000.00 for student-athlete bursaries, varsity team programs, and the Ravens Fund Endowment in support of our future Ravens athletes. The direct impact of the funds raised from the tournament is evident in the athletic and academic achievements of our student athletes, and will help to inspire the next generation of talented, equitable and inclusive leaders to achieve academic and sporting excellence.
