Lunch and Golf Tournament Details:

11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Lunch and Golf Timelines:
11:30 a.m. Golfer registration and gift pick up, driving range and putting green open
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. BBQ lunch and beverages served at the clubhouse
12:45 p.m. Golfers board carts
Tournament Chair’s welcome and review of tournament rules
1:00 p.m. Shotgun start
Tournament Play (Best Ball Scramble)
Food and Beverages at hospitality tents on the course and Clubhouse
5:00 p.m. Completion of golf, departure for post-tournament reception and dinner at Carleton University

Golf Details:

  • Hylands Golf Club open at 11:30 a.m. for golfer registration, driving range and putting green use
  • Complimentary BBQ lunch and all beverages
  • Complimentary food and beverages available at carts, food tents and Clubhouse throughout the day
  • Team with the lowest score will be recognized at the post-golf dinner at Carleton University
  • Golfers will have full access to the Hylands locker rooms and shower facilities throughout the day
  • Carleton University change-room and shower facilities will also be available to all golfers following the golf tournament

Awarding of the President’s Cup to the winning team with the lowest score
Closing remarks by Associate Vice-President Athletics
7:30 p.m. Conclusion
