11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

| 11:30 a.m. | Golfer registration and gift pick up, driving range and putting green open |
| 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | BBQ lunch and beverages served at the clubhouse |
| 12:45 p.m. | Golfers board carts Tournament Chair’s welcome and review of tournament rules |
| 1:00 p.m. | Shotgun start Tournament Play (Best Ball Scramble) Food and Beverages at hospitality tents on the course and Clubhouse |
| 5:00 p.m. | Completion of golf, departure for post-tournament reception and dinner at Carleton University |
Golf Details:
- Hylands Golf Club open at 11:30 a.m. for golfer registration, driving range and putting green use
- Complimentary BBQ lunch and all beverages
- Complimentary food and beverages available at carts, food tents and Clubhouse throughout the day
- Team with the lowest score will be recognized at the post-golf dinner at Carleton University
- Golfers will have full access to the Hylands locker rooms and shower facilities throughout the day
- Carleton University change-room and shower facilities will also be available to all golfers following the golf tournament
