Tarini Jayapraksh
BSc Health Science Candidate
Tarini Jayapraksh is a fourth year undergraduate Health Science Honors student at Carleton University with a concentration in Biomedical Science. She has a strong interest in researching health inequities and understanding how the various social determinants of health can contribute to health disparities. She is also interested in health policy and hopes to work in policy and program evaluation with regards to health issues faced by various minority groups. Outside of school, you can find her volunteering at a local children’s center or sipping on a mug of coffee at a nearby cafe.
