Jennifer Elliott

Jennifer Elliott is the acting director of the Undergraduate Recruitment Office at Carleton University. In this position, Elliott oversees the recruitment of domestic students to Carleton’s undergraduate degree programs.

“I am looking forward to listening and learning from our Carleton community through the Carleton University Indigenous Strategic Initiatives Committee and contributing to the development of meaningful recommendations together,” says Elliott.

Prior to working in the Undergraduate Recruitment Office, Elliott was the manager of Strategic Initiatives in the Office of the Vice-President (Students and Enrolment). In this role, she helped to develop and implement Carleton’s Student Mental Health Framework, worked on initiatives related to graduation and retention, and oversaw student communication. In both offices, Elliott actively participated on the team that launched Carleton360, Carleton’s customer relationship management system.

Elliott graduated from Carleton with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Mass Communication.
